A pakistani migrant could rape 6 different underage girls and burn down at least 4 synagogues and would have a shorter sentence.

What did this horrible white man do? He built a tiny bomb out of fireworks to destroy a climate/carbon limit enforcement camera.

Not only is 16 years obviously overkill, it is even more egregious when compared with the light sentences you give to the correct races.

I don't think you get why your 2 tier justice system is so offensive.

I was locked up with a guy who made a homemade grenade that fucked up a window AC, he got 2-5, so 2 years, 3 yrs probation.

The number of injuries is irrelevant. Richard Reids shoe bomb failed to go off and was unlikely to down the plane if he did. Would you have a given him a light sentence?

He set off a bomb, on a busy road, in a densely populated environment - and he admitted he did it for politically motivated purposes.

So yes they will sentence him for terrorism. The fact you agree with his cause is irrelevant.

Part of the reason he got a high sentence is exactly because people like you think this behaviour is kinda ok if white people do it. Hence exemplary sentencing where the book gets thrown at people hard to prevent more people doing it.

Gunpowder is an explosive. So yes, if you dismantle fireworks, extract the gunpowder and put it in a sealed metal container what you have is a bomb.

I misremeber. Reid's bomb was judged big enough that it would have created enough of a hole to down the plane. The point still stands though: terrorism charges depend on intent. Threatening to murder someone with a .22 gets you the same as threatening with a higher calibre.
