The cold gas tanks (COPVs) of the Roadster are 600L holding 250kgs of gas, stored at roughly 350 bar of pressure. A 100% lethal amount of damage to the human body is around 3-4 bar. If you get into an accident that damages the COPVs, they will explode turning your body into mist like an above ground reenactment of the Titan sub.

For more context, it’s actually really common in industry to talk about the “TNT equivalent” of a pressure system, i.e how many lbs of TNT is equivalent to the amount of energy explosively stored in the system.

In this case we are talking about ~25lbs of TNT per COPV. This isn’t just a hazard to yourself but to all nearby cars/people as well.
