Let's see if they fluff it.

My prediction is they will start mumbling about how they need to get stuff done and not hold the admin to account and how real Americans want to see the Dems competently deliver a republican agenda.

Hopefully I'm wrong and they start aggressively ripping out the rot in the state. Personally I'd try to get Hegseth tried for warcrimes and facing a federal death penalty along with the senior leadership in the military that went along with it; and something similar for ICE.

You don't see swings like this unless people are properly furious and baying for blood, and it's important for officials to know they race life altering (or ending, as the practice is in the US, if serious enough) consequences for malfeasance in public office.
