They have like 9 live cams, they have cops flooding Kensington anymore, mostly just moce people along periodically and offer narcan and occasionally the homeless brigade will try and talk people into shelters or rehab etc.

I mean $5?! I cant buy a hoagie for that. Now my friend I was with at the time said that, I looked way to cleaned up for the area. I had a new white.T-shirt, black polo, khacki shorts and new sneakers.
