Fagan, of Regina Road, Islington [a London Borough], appeared at Blackfriars Crown Court on Tuesday (June 4) where he pleaded guilty to causing injury by dangerous driving and failing to stop after a road traffic accident ... He was bailed and will be sentenced on July 2." Apparently Dey (cyclist) had to get the traffic footage himself after he was released from the hospital because the police wouldn't be able to get someone to save the footage before it was deleted... and it sounds like Fagan (driver) didn't turn himself in — i.e., maybe he was tracked down via the video evidence. I'll have to check back on July 3rd to see how sentencing went...

Without provocation, a male unknown to the officer’s family assaulted the officer while the officer was holding his young child. This attack resulted in the officer firing his weapon, striking the male and two of the male's family members. The family members are being treated at local hospitals and are in critical condition. The off duty officer was transported to a local hospital, where he was treated and released. The off duty officer’s child was not injured during this incident. The Riverside County Coroners Office has identified the deceased male as 32 year-old Kenneth French from Riverside. The officer's gun was the only weapon involved in the incident, contrary to earlier reports. Cynthia “CeeCee” Hoffman’s “best friend” Denali Brehmer, 18, invited her to go hiking and allegedly lured her to her death in Anchorage on June 2 as part of the sick scheme. Brehmer’s friend, 16-year-old Kayden McIntosh, joined Brehmer and Hoffman during the hike. McIntosh allegedly helped bind Hoffman with tape and then shot her in her head when they reached their destination, Thunderbird Falls. Afterward, they allegedly dumped Hoffman’s body into the nearby Eklutna River. Authorities said Brehmer texted Hoffman’s family and said they were dropping her off at a park. She and McIntosh allegedly then burned Hoffman’s belongings at another location. Authorities say 21-year-old Darin Schilmiller of New Salisbury, Indiana, convinced Brehmer to carry out and film Hoffman’s killing by offering Brehmer at least $9 million after they started talking online a few weeks earlier. He told her his name was Tyler and provided Brehmer with a fake photo, saying he lived in Kansas. “He does not look like the young man he portrayed himself to look like, he is not a millionaire, and he lives in Indiana,” prosecutors noted in the memorandum. “This practice of assuming a fake identity to engage in online relationships is a practice commonly referred to as ‘catfishing.’” McIntosh and three others suspects, whom authorities identified as 19-year-old Caleb Leyland and two juveniles, allegedly agreed to help Brehmer carry out the killing while believing that they’d receive a cut of the payment. On the one hand, I think the driver is a dick for laying on the horn when the bikers looked to have thought it was clear (and thus the bikers pulled out at the same time that the car pulled out — the car driver and the bikers were all using the same clear spot, and it looks like the bikers wouldn't have been able to see someone at the right-turn stop sign from where they were waiting), and there's some definite aggression from the driver at about 37 seconds when the driver lays on the horn again and accelerates despite the motorcycle still being pretty close (looks like a car-driver using a vehicle as a weapon to me). There was also a sort of lie in the description: the driver says that he pulled over to the right, but he's clearly in the primary lane position... but... everything else makes the bikers look bad. Right after the honk, one biker puts his feet down and backs into the car, and after the driver's aggression at 37 seconds, there's a brake check from one of the bikers. Then drunken reasoning from the bikers follows. No winners, though. Personally, I would have seen the bikers merging and would have slowed down very quickly to make sure that they had lots of space (so no incident would have occurred at all), whereas this driver continues forward with some aggression and a "teach them a lesson" honk. I've seen that attitude too many times... And honking at a biker/cyclist is no small act, either. Horns were made to be heard by other cars, so take away the hearing protection of being in another car, and it is outright painful to be honked at like that...

She was five months pregnant when 23-year-old Ebony Jemison shot her in the stomach during a December altercation regarding the fetus's father. I liked 3 & 4 so hopefully worth it :p.. (III is GTA style just more campy, IV is sorta GTA meets Matrix--plays a lot different as you have super powers, don't need to use cars much) there's a large bundle of all the games I-IV & extras for just ~$6... its doing that double up sale thing that seems like a mistake (huge discounts on individual items plus huge discount on the bundle... a small discount on bundle would be more logical)
