It wasn't the Placebo one, sadly. It was used in a meme, and I just extracted the audio and tried to get recognition software to find it with no luck. It sounded almost like The Midnight if they had covered it (they apparently have not), so I think it must have been an A.I. revision :( Listening more closely, it has some audio artifacts that I'd ignored as a bad upload or bad rendering (like the singer's voice morphs a little), so it's very possible someone used A.I. to avoid copyright of the real songs. :( :( The Midnight - Los Angeles http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4rJ9z6IXnb8

It seems like if you accept even just a little then YouTube will just bombard you with lots that you have to block. I was having that issue also with the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) movie channels that wouldn't say what movie a scene was but would describe it so that people would find it when searching. I block those on sight now, but no matter what topic you search on YouTube, there are A.I. channels trying to farm clicks on it.. a lot of them start as curry-cooking channels and then morph into that lol ...
